The school attempts the new schooling system of connecting primary with junior. The school is a pioneer of the education reform. It has been one of the first three pilot schools since September 2015 in Suzhou, which can enroll around 80 top pupils to study in Yinghua experimental class from grade 6 to grade 9. It is also a talent training agreement with Suzhou High School. In order to help make a smooth transition of schoolwork and mentality for the pupils, the school sets up Science and Interest courses on humanistic quality, scientific inquiry and activity experience, which meet the student personalization needs and develop their abilities. This also cultivates and improves the key competencies of them. In the city standardized tests in January 2017, with confidence and wisdom, the first group of students in Yinghua experimental class performed perfectly and showed their talent in front of all Suzhou people.
